Oral Presentation Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Last date of Submission of Abstract of (Oral and Poster): 31st Dec, 2026
- Word limit for Abstract: 250 words in word file / doc file
- Abstracts are to be submitted online at: bpscon2027@gmail.com
- Acceptance or otherwise will be conveyed by: 15th Jan, 2027
- Eligibility: Only Registered Delegates will be eligible for Oral / Poster Presentation.
- Only one presentation allowed per candidate
- All PG students /SR must submit their presentation accompanied by a certificate from HOD stating participant belong to their institution and there is no objection to him/her presenting their research work in this conference.
ORAL PAPER
- The aim of this session is to encourage postgraduates and young faculty to present research papers.
- Duration: 5 minutes (presentation) + 2 minutes (discussion)
- Only research papers will be accepted; case series of less than 10 case series will be considered as case reports.
- The First Page of the abstract should contain the following details: Name of the presenting Author (underlined) and co-authors (if any), address for correspondence, conference registration number, Mobile number, E-mail.
- The Second Page of the abstract should include: title, presenting author (underlined) and co-authors (if-any) and Institutional Affiliations. The abstract is restricted to a maximum of 250 words, using times new roman size 12 font. It should include: Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Key words. Please check for grammar and spelling mistakes.
e-POSTER
- The aim of this session is to encourage postgraduates and young faculty to present rare or unusual cases.
- The First Page of the abstract should contain the following details: Name of the presenting Author (underlined) and co-authors (if-any), address for correspondence, conference registration number, Mobile number, E-mail.
- The Second page of the abstract should include: title, presenting author (underlined) and co-authors (if-any) and Institutional Affiliations. The abstract is restricted to a maximum of 250 words, using times new roman size 12 font. It should include: Introduction, Case summary, Conclusions, and Key words. Please Check for grammar and spelling mistakes
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION
- File Format: PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx)
- Format for Presentation: Title page with topic, authors, and affiliation, introduction, aims and objectives, materials and methods, results, discussion, and conclusion.
- Font should be Times New Roman (TNR), minimum font size 22.
- Presentation time: 5 minutes | Discussion time: 2 minutes.
- Email the presentation to Bpscon2027@gmail.com 30th January 2027
- Bring your presentations in a pen-drive for backup.
GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION
- File Format: PDF, high resolution (HD).
- Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Landscape).
- Use dark coloured font on a light background.
- Figure Legend: Figure legend should be placed below the images.
- File Size Limit: Individual file size should be less than 25 MB.
- Presentation Timing: Presentation time: 5 minutes | Discussion time: 2 minutes.
